A: There are about 500 workers and 8 production lines in our factory.

Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Samples can be offered as per your request .Sample fee and freight can be refundable after receiving your order for mass production.

Q: Can you put my brand name (logo) on selected products?
A: Yes, no problem. We welcome both OEM &ODM projects.

Q: What is the lead time for sample and bulk order?
A:Generally speaking, 7 working days for sample, 30- 45 days for bulk order after receiving deposit and confirming on all the artworks.

Q: What are your main payment terms?
A: Generally it is T/T. But could be negotiated
- All of our products have 1 year warranty;
- 1% spareparts for key components like main board and remote control;
- We make it exclusive in your market if your monthly quantity is over 2000pcs;
- Private design with design patent;
- It has all certificates of CE, RoHS, Reach, ERPII;
